Alexander Kim is a Vice President of Investments at Lionheart Strategic Management and is responsible for the origination and execution of the firm’s real estate credit and structured investments. Prior to joining Lionheart, Mr. Kim served as a Vice President at Cain International, where he originated and managed construction and transitional credit investments across the U.S. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kim was a Senior Associate at Rockwood Capital, where he focused on both LP equity and credit investments across major East Coast markets, as well as an Analyst at Eastdil Secured, where he specialized in institutional equity investment sales and credit placement in the greater Washington, D.C. area. Mr. Kim received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he was a member of the Varsity Track & Field team. In his free time, Mr. Kim enjoys long-distance running, skiing, and surfing.
