Derek Creadore is a Director on the Asset Management Team at Lionheart Strategic Management and is responsible for monitoring portfolio performance, managing key third-party relationships, and executing value optimization strategies across investments.. Prior to joining Lionheart, Derek spent six years at APG Asset Management working on private real estate transactions. At APG, Derek assisted in the execution of investments across industrial, multifamily, retail, and student housing properties throughout the United States and Brazil. Derek received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University.
