Derek Creadore is a Director of Asset Management at Lionheart Strategic Management and is responsible for asset management. Prior to joining Lionheart, Derek spent six years at APG Asset Management working on private real estate transactions. At APG, Derek assisted in the execution of investments across industrial, multifamily, retail, and student housing properties throughout the United States and Brazil. Derek received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University.
