Jake Misisco is a Vice President of Investments for Lionheart Strategic Management, LLC and is responsible for originating, due diligence, and closing of new business. During his tenure at Lionheart, Mr. Misisco has directly originated and assisted in the origination of over $1.0 billion dollars worth of principal investments. Prior to joining Lionheart, Mr. Misisco spent over two years at Morgan Stanley working on the CMBS origination desk. At Morgan Stanley, Mr. Misisco assisted in the origination of over $1.0 billion in commercial mortgages inclusive of the following executions: conduit, stand-alone, floating rate securitization and balance sheet. Mr. Misisco received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lehigh University. Mr. Misisco works with the Board of the Intrepid Museum and has been a Host Committee Member for previous fundraising efforts.
