DIRECTOR, INVESTMENTS

Jake Misisco is a Director of Investments for Lionheart Strategic Management and is responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and closing of new business. During his tenure at Lionheart, Jake directly originates principal investments across the capital stack. Prior to joining Lionheart, Jake spent over two years at Morgan Stanley working on the CMBS origination desk. At Morgan Stanley, Jake assisted in the origination of commercial mortgages inclusive of the following executions: conduit, stand-alone, floating rate securitization and balance sheet. Jake received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lehigh University. Jake works with the Board of the Intrepid Museum and has been a Host Committee Member for previous fundraising efforts.
