Jake Misisco is a Vice President of Investments for Lionheart Strategic Management and is responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and closing of new business. During his tenure at Lionheart, Mr. Misisco directly originates principal investments across the capital stack. Prior to joining Lionheart, Mr. Misisco spent over two years at Morgan Stanley working on the CMBS origination desk. At Morgan Stanley, Mr. Misisco assisted in the origination of commercial mortgages inclusive of the following executions: conduit, stand-alone, floating rate securitization and balance sheet. Mr. Misisco received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lehigh University. Mr. Misisco works with the Board of the Intrepid Museum and has been a Host Committee Member for previous fundraising efforts.
