Leo Epstein is an Associate in the Investments division of Lionheart Strategic Management. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the team throughout the entire deal process, including market research, underwriting, and due diligence. Leo joined Lionheart full-time in 2024 after interning with the firm in the summer of 2023. Prior to joining Lionheart full-time, Leo interned at Hamilton Zanze, a private equity real estate asset management in San Francisco, where he gained experience in multifamily acquisitions and asset management on their existing portfolio. Leo earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, double majoring in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment & Banking, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

As of 2025, Leo was selected to serve as an Associate Market Director for the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, where he participates in panel discussions, coordinates networking sessions and provides mentorship for current UW-Madison real estate students.
