Leo is an Analyst in the Investments division of Lionheart Strategic Management. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the team throughout the entire deal process, including market research, underwriting, and due diligence. Leo joined Lionheart full-time in 2024 after being selected for the 2023 Summer Analyst program, and his experience in private equity real estate asset management in San Francisco. Leo earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, double majoring in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment & Banking, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While at UW-Madison, Leo was an active member of the Real Estate Club and the Capital Management Club. Outside of the office, he enjoys exploring New York, watching sports and spending time with friends and family.
