Developers Secure $142M Financial Package To Complete The Daymark

YIMBY

Biddle Real Estate Ventures and PCD Development have secured a $142 million construction loan to complete The Daymark, a five-story residential property at 4 Lighthouse Landing in Sleepy Hollow, New York. Located within the Edge-on-Hudson mega complex, the property will comprise a mix of condominiums, residential amenities, and ground-floor retail.

Construction is expected to break ground this fall with completion slated for the first quarter of 2023. The Marketing Directors is the exclusive sales and marketing team for The Daymark. The project team also includes Hines, which has served as development manager.

Designed by COOKFOX, the 100 residences at The Daymark will range from one- to three-bedrooms with an additional collection of townhome residences featuring private maisonette entrances. The most premium homes will offer private outdoor spaces that vary from terraces and balconies to loggias and patios.

All residents will have access to a pair of landscaped courtyard terraces with views of the Hudson River, outdoor dining area, a pool deck, firepits, pergola-shaded seating, and lounge areas. There is also an open-air roof deck with barbecue grills, dining tables, and seating. Additional amenities within the building include a fireplace-lit library, a co-working lounge with private business and conferencing rooms, a fitness center, a children’s playroom, a pet spa, and a resident lounge.

On-site services include a parking garage, bike storage, a concierge, and shuttle service to Tarrytown’s Metro-North train station during weekday commuter hours.

“This project will meet continued and growing demand for quality new residential products in Westchester County,” said Andy Klein, managing director of Lionheart Strategic Management. “With easy connectivity to New York City via Metro-North and highways, proximity to river towns along the Hudson River, unobstructed views, and a walkable community feel, this project will cater to both city-dwellers in search of a NYC-caliber luxury product as well as Westchester locals looking to enhance their lifestyle.” Edge-on-Hudson masterplan – Hart Howerton

The Daymark is just one component of Edge-on-Hudson, a master-planned development that will create 1,177 townhomes, condos, and apartments. To date, more than 150 apartments have been leased, and 138 townhomes and loft condominiums have been purchased. Additional components include a 140-room boutique hotel, 135,000 square feet of retail, and 35,000 square feet of office space, in addition to more than 16 acres of new parkland.
