Randal Gleeson is an Associate on the Investments Team of Lionheart Strategic Management. In his role, he is responsible for supporting the team throughout the entire deal process, including market research, underwriting, and due diligence. Randal joined Lionheart full-time in 2023 after interning in the summer of 2022. Randal earned his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, cum laude, from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University in 2023, with a focus on real estate finance and development. During his time at NYU, he was an active member of the Schack Real Estate Club and the NYU Welcome Program.
