Reggie is the Chief Investment Officer for Acadia Realty Trust, a leading publicly traded REIT (NYSE: AKR) with over $2.5 billion of retail and mixed-use assets under management. He is responsible for investment strategy and execution across the firm’s platforms. Further, he oversees the asset management function responsible for creating value throughout the firm’s portfolio.  Previously, he served in a variety of capacities across product types for various institutional investors and entrepreneurial companies.

His industry affiliations include Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) where he serves on the board of the ICSC Foundation, a program committee member for the annual Open-Air Conference, a mentor and membership committee member of the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), which is the leading organization for commercial real estate executives of color, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he is Vice Chair of the Commercial Retail Council (Gold).

He is active in education causes as a member of the Advisory Board of the Steers Center for Global Real Estate at Georgetown University and as Vice Chair of the Scholar Advisory Committee for the Northeast region of the Jackie Robinson Foundation, which grants college scholarships to talented high school students of color. He has a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a JD from the George Washington University School of Law, both in Washington, DC.
