Sang Kim is a Director on the Investments Team at Lionheart Strategic Management and is responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and asset management. Prior to joining Lionheart, Sang spent two years at SK Securities Investment Asia and JL Realty, in Hong Kong, working on the advisory team. At JL Realty, Sang assisted on six advisory projects with a focus on office and retail throughout Asia Pacific region.

In 2026, Sang was selected as part of CREFC’s class of “20 under 40”, which spotlights the future of the CRE finance industry. Previously, in 2022, Sang was recognized by the Commercial Observer as a Top Young Professional in the industry. Sang received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University and a Masters of Science in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investment from New York University.
