Chairman of the Investment Committee of Lionheart Mezzanine Capital Investors LP

Winston C. Fisher directs all Fisher Brothers’ financing/investing activities, property acquisitions and dispositions, and oversees new development initiatives. With experience across a broad range of transactions, he leads all financial analysis, due diligence, project capitalization efforts and joint-venture partnerships for new and distressed Fisher Brothers real estate projects. In addition to his active participation in Fisher Brothers’ development projects, he also manages the firm’s day-to-day investment portfolio, including asset allocation, risk management and investment manager selection.

Mr. Fisher is the Co-Chair of the NYC Regional Economic Development Council, and serves as a Trustee on the Citizens Budget Commission. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and serves on the Executive Committee. Mr. Fisher is also on the Board of Trustees at Syracuse University, and the Horace Mann School.

Involved in a number of philanthropic activities, Mr. Fisher is on the Board of the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, and has been active through Team Intrepid Fallen Heroes in participating in extreme sports to raise funds to support our U.S. wounded troops. He also serves on the Board of the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum.

Billy has been originating and executing principal investments in high yield commercial real estate for over 30 years in the United States, Canada and England. His investments have included debt platforms and individual loans totaling approximately $7 billion as well as equity investments in existing and development properties comprising over 1.5 million square feet.

Most recently, prior to joining Lionheart in partnership with Fisher Brothers, Billy was responsible for the origination, execution and management of all commercial real estate investments (including debt and equity) for the asset based private equity and hedge funds of Perella Weinberg Partners from inception in 2008 through the harvest period in 2016. From 2004 through 2009 he led a private partnership through the acquisition, renovation and re-opening of the Betsy Hotel in South Beach as its President and chief executive officer.

Billy began his career as a principal investor in high yield instruments in 1987 as founder and head of the Special Situations desk at Prudential Securities. In 1990, Billy joined the high yield desk at First Boston Corporation as a Director of capital markets and the Distressed Securities Group, focusing exclusively on commercial real estate in 1994, and continuing his activities as a senior member of the Principal Transactions Group at FBC and its successor, Credit Suisse, through 1999. From 1999 through 2003, Billy was a Managing Director at the opportunity fund at Cheslock, Bakker & Associates, with responsibility for origination, execution and investor relations.

Billy practiced securities, corporate and bankruptcy law through 1987 in New York City at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and Kronish, Lieb. He is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree and the University of Michigan, earning an AB degree with Honors and Distinction. Andy Klein is responsible for originating, underwriting and negotiating structured finance investments for Lionheart.

Previously, Andy worked at Colony NorthStar and its predecessor companies for 6 years where he was directly involved in originating and underwriting over $2.0 billion in principal investments in more than 50 senior loan, mezzanine loan, preferred equity and common equity structured transactions. Prior to NorthStar, Andy worked for two years in research, analytics and financial product marketing at LPL Financial and was Series 7 and Series 66 licensed.
Andy received a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis and a Masters of Science in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investment from New York University.

Sebastian Post is Vice President of Acquisitions at Fisher Brothers and is responsible for sourcing and originating new business opportunities for the development portfolio as well as originating debt investments for Lionheart Strategic Management. Since joining Fisher Brothers in 2011, Sebastian has been involved in the execution of over $2 billion of real estate investments in New York City and Washington DC. Sebastian received a Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Central Florida and received a Masters of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University.

Prior to joining Lionheart, Jake Misisco worked on the CMBS origination desk at Morgan Stanley, for two years. At Morgan Stanley, Jake assisted in the origination of over $1 billion of fixed and floating rate commercial mortgages to be held on balance sheet and for securitization. Jake received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lehigh University.
